della Musica linked to the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia
was founded by Raffaello de Rensis (Regio Decreto Legge on the 24th
of November 1938; a Foundation since 2002) with the aim of promoting
the research of musical textes, studies and historical

documents, and to collaborate also at international level to the
cataloguing of musical sources. In accordance with the above
mentioned purposes the organisation of artistic and cultural events
is also among its aims.
